At the DOJO
it is our aim to cater for the training requirements of all
students irrespective of age or sex.
For self
defence we have Karate. Fast , fun and effective.
For overall
fitness we have Boxercise. Dynamic, exciting and a programmme
that really gets results.
To 'chill
out and unwind' we have our blend of Yoga/Tai Chi. A modern
effective mix of ancient forms developed to combat the stresses
of modern day life.
And for
children we have 'Little Dragons', Martial Arts with life and
safety skills. Fun, pratical and something children really enjoy.
