Our Instructors have successfully blended Yoga and Tai Chi producing a modern relaxation form that is easy to learn, fun to do and really works.

Why blend? Well, we wanted the best of both worlds; stretching and flexibility from yoga and the controlled, gracefull fluid movement of Tai Chi.

Our methods are simple, uncomplicated and designed to help you no matter what your level of ability. So if you want to ‘unwind’ and ‘de-stress’ in a relaxed, friendly environment and at the same time increase your level of flexibility and quality of life attend our workshops.

Men and women of all ages are welcome.
